Savoury cheese muffins

Deliciously moist and super easy savoury muffins, perfect for brunch or tea time.

RECIPE:

2 CUPS FLOUR

2ml SALT

1 CUP MATURE CHEDDAR

1 CUP MILK

20ml BAKING POWDER

5ml ROSEMARY

50ml BUTTER OR MARGARINE (MELTED)

1 EGG

CAYENNE PEPPER TO SPRINKLE


Notes: Can add extra milk if mixture is too stiff - must be able to spoon into pan / papers easily.
